This medication is a venotonic agent (it increases the tone of venous walls) and a vasculoprotective agent (it strengthens the resistance of small blood vessels). It is recommended for:
• the treatment of symptoms related to venous–lymphatic insufficiency (heavy legs, pain, restless sensations when lying down),
• supportive treatment of functional disorders related to capillary fragility,
• the treatment of functional symptoms associated with hemorrhoidal attacks.
